No online purchases
This website does not accept payments, deposits or online purchases. Any payment, cancellation, return or refund terms must be confirmed directly with the shop and documented with your service agreement or invoice.
Before work begins
Contact the shop promptly if you wish to cancel authorized work. Whether a payment can be returned depends on the agreed terms and whether diagnostics, labor, ordered parts or other authorized costs have already been incurred. Ask about these terms before authorizing work.
Completed services and parts
Completed authorized diagnostics or labor are not automatically refundable simply because you decide against further repairs. Parts returns, special orders and installed components depend on applicable supplier terms, your service agreement and applicable law. This policy does not create a blanket exclusion of valid consumer claims.
Repair quality and billing issues
Report an unexpected charge or repair concern promptly. The shop will need the relevant details to evaluate the issue and discuss an appropriate resolution. Inspection or supporting records may be needed. Any repair warranty is governed by its written terms.
Approved refunds
